MemberI’ve reading through the comments and it appears that the majority of members need to know if they are on the right track or not. Essentially we need to know this asap.
Whilst the menu is an indication, I’ll have to say it is not feasible for everyone to adhere to it. One’s commitments tend to be in the way!! I work full time (7am – 3.30pm) + I have 2 teenage students boarding with me + I am studying as a mature student.
When I entered my food for the day in the journal I expected some ‘feedback’; for example “Too many carbs” “Not enough proteins” and possibly suggestions, highlighting what I did wrong and how I can improve on that.
Is this a possibility? Can the website be geared up to prompt us? Thanks MymJanuary 30, 2013 at 11:30 am #7829MymC
MemberI’m back! Hopefully will get a response from website support – (1) another suggestion is to have a ‘search engine’ in the forum so one can easily find out the topic. The ‘headings’ or ‘topic names’ are too open and like many other members, I don’t have the time to read through each and every post.
(2) would be handy to ‘sort’ through the forum via ‘date’Hope this helps 🙂
