Can anyone tell me how big a cup is? I have several sizes of cups so I do not know what size to use. Is ther a standard measurement for ‘A Cup’
Hi paddy , I am on my first day of this plan and I look at how many people they say the recipe feeds and I have chosen a small mug But going to google to check .I am only feeding 2 so having to adjust the recipe acordingly hope thats a bit helpful .
Hi Paddy just found out that one USA cup = 8 fluid oz or 227mls and a USA table spoon is 14mls and tsp is the same as uk and a USA pint is 450mls hope that helps ….
HI guys, you should be able to get small jugs from your local supermarket with cups and oz on them also cooking spoons with tbsp.,tsp, 1/2tsp and 1/4tsp it makes things a lot easier
