My husband has started your diet plan this week. It seems the portion sizes are very large –ex 2 hot dogs, bun,1 cup carrots & tea for the evening snack. What size of hot dogs are you referring? 2 oz or what? Also, what size of frozen burrito for Wed. night? I fix our meals & wonder what size portions I should have. I am a 67 year old female & I weigh 165 lbs & am 5ft 7in tall. I would like to lose around 15 lbs. What should I do?
Yes, the hot dogs are 2 oz each. If the menu plan is based on a very heavy man, it could be putting out large portions. Your needs will be very different, probably about 3/4 his.
