I have just started and I have some basic questions. What’s the difference between egg (omega) and egg? When your menu says 1/2c cold cereal, do they mean you to eat it dry if there is no milk listed at that meal? I am only cooking for my husband and myself and find the receipes way too big. My last thought is, I am not eating or drinking any unpasturized dairy product. I question the safety of that. Thanks for any answers.
