Hi, very Newbie here. There doesn’t appear to be a search thingy on the website, so can someone please tell me what SWG bread is? Much thanks
Katie
hi ktnuts, you need to look in the FAQ’s at the very bottom of the page it will help you a lot. SWG is sprouted whole grain you can by it from amazon or as Burgen bread in your local supermarket, also if you can contact Ozzie on here she can post you a list of web addresses. Hope this helps
