MemberI started with the Trim Form Plan on Jan.1st. I eliminated all foods and drinks that I thought had ASPARTAME
in them and white flour. At that time I weighed 188 lb. I was also plagued with dry cracked hands, itches,
and breakouts on the back of my neck. Within a couple of weeks my hands started clearing up and today after
7 weeks they are free from any cracks and the skin is quite smooth. I forgot to mention that I drink a bottle of water first thing every morning to flush my body of impurities to start the day. I cut back on my coffee and now drink 2 cups of green tea each day. Each morning I do 15 pushups, twice a week a 30 minute walk, and 3 times a week I play Pickleball for 2 hrs each time. The combination of exercise, good wholesome food and the elimination of ASPARTAME in my diet has made me a new man both physically, mentally and spiritually. By the way I also am diabetic with readings up to 20 (Canadian readings)in the past. This morning the reading was 9.9 with no medication and my weight is a steady 180 lbs. Just celebrated my 72nd birthday on Feb.17th. Best $49.00 I ever spent and got a 2 for 1 deal as my wife of 54 years is also on the plan and looking better every day!February 22, 2013 at 4:56 pm #9236JanesTDC
MemberI am so glad you are not letting your age get you down, my grandmother use to tell me now Janie don’t you ever get old and I would say now greatmomma you know I can’t help but get old she said no my child you can age just don’t ever get old, I think she made her point because I am still younger than you two at 51 years, but I feel more like 30. Keep up the good work Smile all the time!

MemberI am a newbie, just turned 76, live in Phoenix, AZ. I am excited about all this. Have always tried to watch my weight but love to eat. I have a dear friend that had such a terrible rash all over her body. She went Gluten Free and it no longer bothers her. Because of her I decided to try Gluten Free also….not because of her problem but to see if it would help the way I feel. Tired, no energy….I felt old. I am no 100% gluten free but lost 6 lbs. almost immediately and feel like I am alive. I baked my own bread and cakes and cookies. I now need to find a new bread recipe. You say the recipes here are gluten free. If they say flour….they are not. Right?
Would like to get rid of another 10 or 12 lbs. Remember you need a little fat to fill out the wrinkles.
Have a great day……LadyNMarch 4, 2013 at 8:55 pm #9655Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, LadyN. Most of the recipes here are gluten-free, and even if not, they can easily be converted by swapping out flours for gluten-free (i.e. quinoa flour).

MemberLadyM- I just wanted to congratulate you on taking the steps to be more healthy. That’s what a long life is all about and I’m happy to say today is my first day on this program and I intend to live until I’m 100! I’m 55 now and have been in poor health for years (probably the last 10 at least) and I feel like my system is so toxic. So I’m determined that this is going to be a good step for me at gaining my health back and releasing the extra weight I have put on and taken off and put on again so many times. I need to be off the roller coaster and I’m excited about this program and especially about having other people who are just like me to talk to. Being isolated is not a good thing and that’s what I’ve been for a very long time. Thanks for listening to me!

MemberI have let myself experience isolation as well! Now my goal is to get those endorphins going and start a walking program! Good luck
