    From the 5 things not to eat list, whole wheat bread was #3.
    Is it only for the whole wheat that doesn’t specify 100% whole wheat????

    From the list concentrated orange juice was #1, what about the ones that are NOT FROM CONCENTRADE are they ok to have in moderation?????

    I was going to ask the same thing. Logically, it makes sense that not from concentrate would be okay but I thought maybe we should ask – anyone out there know?
