MemberI can tell you what I learned over the last week and after joining this club that I did not realized that there was a thing such as ‘whole Grains’ which encompasses many different types of grains…not just wheat. I learned this from Trader Joes the other day when I was looking for grains to ground with my VitaMix dry mixer. One could grind a bunch of different kinds of grains. Also, we found a laof of Organic Sprouted Honey Wheat with Flaxseed bread (Alpine Valley) at the Commissary. I look at the ingredients…I’m not sure if I’m on the right track but the key words are, I believe, “whole grain” “sprouted” “sprouted wheat berries” and of course, if desired “organic.” I also can read and understand all of the words – no chemicals added. Maybe this website will help…

MemberSprouted Whole Grain (SWG) is the best (Ezekiel Bread). It has the least amount of ingredient’s and is not “processed” food. Bread in general the more you eat the hungrier you become. White, wheat or Whole Grain.
