Well this is my first day on the program, so far so good, but there is so much food! I prepackaged everything I needed for today’s meals while I would be away from home. I just feel like I cannot eat all of the food on the menu planner, last night when I made today’s lunch portion I actually split it in half knowing I would not be able to eat all of that in one sitting. For me weight gain is not from overeating or eating the wrong foods, it is from not eating enough food and the right food combinations. I realize I need to eat more in order to get my body out of the fat-storing mode it is in, but wow I just don’t feel hungry when snack time comes around. Does anyone else feel this way or have these types of issues? I want to do well and I am determined to stick with the program…I am just not sure I can eat everything…lol. looking for tips or ideas to help me out.
