    I began biking nearly two months ago. My first ride I rode four miles in 22 minutes and was thrilled. Since that time I have increased my time to a minimum of 30 minutes and a goal of 8 miles. Some days I ride 8 miles while others I reach 10 and then there are the crazy days like today when I ride 27 miles! Nothing like the high I get after 40 minutes and again at 60+ minutes. Just don’t want to stop.
