    Yahooooo! Yabadabadooozy!!! I have been on the scales after just a week and have LOST WEIGHT! Yes you heard it here I have lost some weight!……….4.68kgs to be exact HOWZAT. Just following the plan and eating little and often and its working a treat.

      Trimjactrim Congrats 🙂 I know how you feel. I just started this plan Mon. and I got on scale this morning and I to lost 4 lbs. I do have a hard time getting all the food on the menu in, so have to just choose what I want. Also changed life style of WHERE I eat. Before my husband and I eat all our meals in front of TV. Now I set the table like I did when our kids were small and we eat our meals at the dining room table. Makes a big differance in “thinking about what you are putting in your mouth and how fast” Before I was so busy watching TV I never thought about the food and really didn’t enjoy it that much.

      Hey Camp girl welcome and don’t beat yourself up if the food is sometimes too challenging just change it to something you like. good luck and with this lovely weather just try to walk a wee bit and enjoy.xx
