Greetings my friends!!! I just wanted to check in to let you know that I got on the bike for 35 minutes and did a little strength training. Continue to work your plan today. If you’re leaving the house, take a few minutes and prepare your snack and take it with you. That’s what I do. I’ve got to go, but I’ll check in later. Don’t forget your water!!!

I don’t understand why this site is not updating my progress correctly. When I started this
program on December 16th, my weight was 180 pounds. Now I’m down to 174 pounds and I’m really excited and wanted to
