Greetings!!! The last time I post, it was one week ago, and I was getting on my stationary bike. I did!!! I could of done better that week by making time to get on the bike; instead I was consumed with the cares of life… Well that is in the past, because it’s a brand new day!!! My weight is the same. I’ve lost 7 lbs. The only thing I’m not consistently doing is… exercise. Starting today, Saturday I’m on the stationary bike for 1 hour as I watch good programming or listen to inspirational music or an encouraging message!!! Let’s feed our minds and bodies great things always!!!Let’s not forget to drink plenty of water!!! Now next time we post, we are going to have an AWESOME report!!! I’m excited already!!! Have A GREAT DAY!!!!

I don’t understand why this site is not updating my progress correctly. When I started this
program on December 16th, my weight was 180 pounds. Now I’m down to 174 pounds and I’m really excited and wanted to
share my success! Keep on the path of putting good food into your body and enjoy the rest of this
