      I am not 65 years young but I am close to it. Anyone out there that has a slow metabolism like me?

      How are you doing now? I spent a lot time shopping for the right stuff last weekend. I made up some seasoned chicken, pork chops and even a steak on the grill. Cut the meat up into small bite size pieces and put them into small snack size ziplock bags so when I check my menu I just take out of the freezer what I need so I am not tempted to eat a large portion later. I do the same with my bread, muffins, buns, bagels and pancakes. I cooked up a large batch of parsnips, seasoned them and divided them into 1 cup containers. I did this with my pasta and rice as well. What I don’t need I just freeze. I divide up all my soda crackers into small snack ziplock bags, as well as all my nuts and etc…. Make sure you have eaten and drank lots of water before you start these food projects so you don’t cheat yourself. I do the same with my fruit and veggies. It’s a lot of work but you only go thru in once a week and you are ready to face the weight loss breast with your correct prepackaged food. Lives room for less error, I find. Hope this was helpful.
