    Hello…my name is Lori and I just joined the group today and hope to be able to start the plan by next weekend. I work in a very busy Medical Health Foundation and sad to say it is just so easy to to eat processed food and junk when you work 50-60 hrs a week. I have gained most of my large weight in the last 10 yrs when my husband and I separated. Food for me is my comfort go to, and now I am a type ll diabetic and need to get my health in control. I live in a small beach town, I love to camp, scrapbook, and make cards and be outdoors with my 7 grandbabies. I have 2 awesome sons. So I am looking forward to making new foodie connections to give and get support to get healthy!!

      Hi Lori! The plan is easy to follow if your life is slow. With your fast-paced world, you will figure out a way to make your snacks grab and go-if even one snack on your menu turns into 3 grab-and-go items! Whole Foods are difficult to find in my area, burt I do my best to get the things that I can, and the rest just have to be what is available. I know you can do this!! You have some good reasons to be healthy, in your sons and grandbabies. Good luck!
