      Hello everyone,I just started! It seemed in the past, I could be easily swayed to participate in almost any good sounding diet . Not really interested in taking pills, or shakes , or pre made snacks you buy. My daughter’s Doctor is on this program, and has lost a LOT of weight. She couldn’t be happier. Of course, I will probably will tweak a few things, but really try to follow everything as close as possible. I hate to exercise. So that is the area I might fall back on.l have what I call “my stupid exercise tape (cd) . 7min. Of isometric exercise. So I should be able to find a measly 7 minutes, right? Good luck everyone!
