Hi, what you wrote resonated with me. I am exactly that person. I am married with three children aged 22, 21 and 19. My husband has his own small business, and between taking care of my family (all of our children still live at home), doing what I have to for the company and having worked full-time the majority of my life, there is very little time for me and my dreams. My dream has always been to write. I do it when I can, but I want it to be my career. I feel like I have always supported everyone else and their dreams, but have put mine on hold. What are your dreams?

I am starting at 192 lbs, which is excessive for my small 5’2″ frame.
