    I have been eating a vegan diet for a couple of days a week and will add it for more days a week as time goes on. I am surprised I have lost 2kg in my first week and it looks like the way forward. I am worried about a vegan diet but I am sure I will work it out. Beans, pulses, nuts and seeds with soya produce and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. I must admit I enjoyed the vegan days.
