apensaMemberJackiee, I tried that and my 5ft 7in does show on my profile but not when it is displayed. Oh….by the way, in America those catus fruits you were talking about are called Prickly Pears. Oh, well. I guess “short” is the name of the game……especially at 71.

kydanoMemberI only show up 5 ft also. I think the program has a glich. I don’t mind being 5’6″ since I’ve been that way for quite a long time…..

jackieeMemberlol, Kydano and Apensa, I’m sure Ossie will pass this on to the technical team because I think your height and weight are both used to calculate your portion sizes when generating the menu planner so the glich could be doing you both out of a few extra treats on your daily menu! good luck, I better go check I’m not 5 ft too 🙂

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, all. I have indeed passed the height issue onto tech support, but I did check it first – and the calculations for your menus are still made according to your correct entered heights.

RadissonMemberHi everyone!
I did not catch your attention too much with my kettlebells exercises the other day. Notwithstanding, this morning as I was exercising I realised that I forgot to mention one major advantage.
I lost about 2 inches of fat around my neck. I am now able to button my shirts for the first time in years. In total I lost about 23 pounds and something like 3 inches at the waistline. That’s a lot of pounds and I Have no evidence of any stretched skin in the areas where I lost weight. No flabs under the arms either.
These are the last lines on this subject and I won’t bore you anymore with my continued success with kettlebells exercises.

thekellMemberhi everbody. i just started today. not sure if this is the correct place to post. but here goes… do the total calories in the suggested menu relate to a weekly weight loss number or goal? if you workout alot, is there a way to adjust for that?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, TheKell. The program doesn’t really work with calories, but more with meeting your nutritional needs. It does take into account some physical activity.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, TheKell – absolutely!!

ginnerlouMemberHello Ossie. I’m an oldie but need the answer to a question that might help us all. Here goes – when I started the first of the year I printed out recipes that I knew I would use over and over but going back in and checking a recipe. I have noticed a significant change in the lemon cottage cheese muffins. My earlier recipe calls for 4 eggs while the “new” recipe doesn’t call for any eggs. HELP PLEASE. Thanks

apensaMemberCheck the freezer section of your local market or try Trader Joe’s if you have one near by.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, kydano. SWG (or “sprouted whole grain”) bread is available at health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods Market, as well a at large superstores such as CostCo and WalMart. You can also order it online, i.e. at Amazon.

USA444MemberWhere do I find the list of food exchanges. I’ve seen it somewhere but now it escapes me?

ginnerlouMemberGood morning/evening everyone. Just had the butternut muffins for breakfast and boy oh boy were they the best! I highly recommend them. Ossie, could you sub pumpkin for the butternut for a different take? Great to hear all the successes and hang in there to all who are struggling. I know I feel so much better eating this way and the weight loss is just a bonus. Aspensa, we use to live in Tucson and Phoenix area. That was a 100 yrs ago 🙂

RadissonMemberHi everyone:
I found another interesting site of particular interest for people over 55. This one is about interval training but the site covers just about any other subjects for seniors.
