    Hi, rumming, and welcome!
    With regard to your sauce question, as long as all of the vegetable bits (tomato, onions, mushrooms) add up to the serving size (generally about 240 ml), that’s fine.
    With regard to the chili, again, it’s the overall portion size of something that is already more or less a bean food, so adding kidney beans is absolutely fine.

    OSSIE, I CAN’T SEEM TO GET ANY REPLY’S?? WAS WISHING FOR HELPFUL FRIENDS, BUT unable to figure it out?? I have such a hard time to sticking to anything…weekends and vac. are the worst….it’s like oops, I forgot what I was doing. So frustrated!! love the food though and it gives so many options. Been one month and still unable to stick it out!!!HELP!!!

    I’m finding your site very frustrating, first page up after joining was another page showing me how to purchase more offers. You have a 60 Challenge from 2015 still on your site, but no longer available to use.

    I was looking for a weight plan for a month to lose 10lbs – any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    In the meantime, I would be grateful if you could list here what the main challenges are for you, and I will get back to you. For example, I’m not sure I completely understand what you noted about the food (sorry).

    Hi, Knittingal. The foods are raw unless specified otherwise. As a general rule, all animal products are raw. However, if you are using lean meats, it doesn’t really matter.

    Hi. How soon can I expect to notice a difference – whether it’s weight loss, inches or feeling healthier? I’m on day 3 and have put on 3lbs and feel very bloated! I don’t feel hungry though. My diet wasnt high in processed foods anyway but I have cut out bread as I can’t find SWG at the mo – well, not any with a decent price tag! I have always eaten a lot of veg and limited my fats. Does it take time for my body to adjust? Thanks.

    Please could you tell me what ‘free foods’ are. Is it salads? and if yes all salad?
    I have lost a couple of pounds on this and don’t always eat everything on the menu because I am not hungry.

    Like Rumming79 I am on my 3rd week. I weighed in this morning and have put on 2 lbs. Also
    , like Rumming, I have adjusted what I eat as I can’t get through all that food. I have breakfast, eating more than I used to there, 2 or 3 snacks and dinner. I am following the proportions of protein and carbohydrate as on the menus but I am not losing weight. I love the idea of the clean eating, which I have been doing anyway since the beginning of the year, but this way of eating doesn’t work for me. I realise my body has to adjust as I had been eating low calorie, low fat, no sugar, for years so I’ll give it another week, but it’s not looking good.

    Have just finished my 4th week and have lost zero weight – in fact I’ve put on 1 kg. Before starting this programme I was already eating unprocessed foods and even make my own nut/seed butters and milks etc. I cook everything from scratch and use organic as often as possible. I wanted to lose 5-10 kg and do understand that it doesn’t happen over night, but did think I would have lost something by now. I am very disappointed with this programme and feel let down by its promises – not to mention how irritating the never-ending emails are, which all contain information that totally contradicts itself!

    If anyone has any advice on how I can turn this around for the positive, I would very much appreciate it.

    Hi. How soon could I expect a response from my comments 3 days ago? I’m doing everything I’m asked but not feeling different or lost any weight!
    I’ve adjusted my menu for next week and have gone from a 83% health level menu to 93% so I’m hoping this will make a difference but any further advice as to why I haven’t lost after 1 week, would be appreciated. Thanks
