Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Miranda. Your yogurt blend sounds great – yes, we do encourage starting with plain, then dressing it up yourself with high-quality ingredients.
As for the location, yogurts are in the Protein category, Dairy subcategory, just before the Nuts and Seeds.January 12, 2017 at 5:49 pm #37407
apensaMemberOssie, In the past you have suggested adding an egg into my usual Cheerios with Almond Milk breakfast. Can I substitute yogurt for the egg? I have been mixing two tablespoons of yogurt to 1/4 cup Cheerios toped with the Almond Milk. Tastes good, quick to fix and I eliminate the cholesterol from the egg yolk….I can’t stand to toss out a perfectly good egg yolk.

Julieskillman21MemberHello, I am new and do not know where to write on here. My question is: I do not eat seafood. What is a good fish oil product to use?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Julie. We recommend BioTrust Omega Krill 5x. If you tell Customer Service (you can reach them through the “Contact Us” link below), they can help you with a volume discount.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Miranda. We recommend plain yogurt, and then flavor and sweeten with high-quality ingredients like fresh or frozen berries or sliced fruit, and Stevia or even maple syrup.

dmmccann1964MemberHi my husband and I have been on a high protein low carb diet but have just been eating protein for the first 3 weeks I saw this program & saw the things you can eat compared to what we can’t eat on the high protein low carb diet. The menu plans isn’t too bad but can you please explain what you can & can’t eat together so we can make up our own plans please. Before we couldn’t eat protein & carbs together but it looks like you can on your plan. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Donna
