MemberFirst week for me…..my food choices were what I like to eat and came out at 96% healthy.I think its my portion sizes and how I eat that’s not quite correct. Sometimes I’ll stub a toe and eat a whole large pizza in one sitting, gotta stop that!!
Anyways here goes nottin 🙂

MemberHi, 1-slim-Aikya. Which foods are in ounces that you would like translated to visual portions?

MemberHi, just started today. Managing fine on the site. I’m 72 and very overweight. Really hoping I can make this work for me. I’ve been on so many programs before and lost 35-45 lbs 3 times and gained it all back. You’d think I’d learn! I had the zinc,e Ben’s 90 second wild rice tonight. Is that okay? Not organic, That’s why I asked. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

MemberHi, Rozmarie, and welcome! We are happy to help you however we can, and hope that this is the program that works for you.
Regarding the rice, the organic part doesn’t matter as much as the “wholeness” – so we hope that you can make the transition to brown rice (preferably “Basmati”) that takes longer to cook, but is much better for you.May 11, 2018 at 12:44 pm #41185melln3@yahoo.com
MemberHi, I am in my first week, so far so good. My husband is wanting to do this with me, but I know his portions should differ than mine. I saw in the Q&A to contact the online dietician in the forum who will help with the conversion. I seem to be a little lost in finding where to go now with the info.

MemberHi, Melln. That would be me 🙂 I just need your husband’s age, height, weight, and general physical activity level, and I will get back to you here with the calculation.

MemberHi, Melln. He needs about 20% (1/5) more than you. It’s great that you will be doing this together!

MemberI’m wondering why my weekly menu always returns to Monday when I go away from it and return. I want it to stay on Friday. What should I do?

MemberHi, I’m just starting out as of today, and am really looking forward to having a meal plan that has real food, and I can live on continuously. I do have a question though… I love having a protein shake in the morning, it fits very well into my schedule. The shake I have does not have any soy, or sugar in it. I usually use Almond Milk, and Chia seeds for fiber. Can I continue to have my shake? Should I pair it with something else too? Thanks
