    Hi, I am a newbie.
Is there anyway to add a milk allowance for tea and coffee? I’m not sure if I can drink black coffee especially.

Isobella, I’m not the pro here but, I cannot drink black coffee at all so, I use a little “Half & Half.” Maybe there’s a better choice but, that’s what I’ve been using for years. (like using butter vs. margarine) When did you join? I signed up yesterday hoping to see lots of women posting their struggles and successes but, it’s disappointing to see topics not replied to for months! That’s crazy! Best of luck to you and I hope you reach your goal weight like “I” intend to do!

Isabella, I read somewhere on here that you can add a little milk to your tea or coffee. Just no sugar.

Sandles41, Exercising is not the easiest thing to do. Did you try the fitness forum? I assume that more people could answer your needs there. I am not in any shape to do to much right now but hopefully in the Fall I will feel better to start taking walks again. Good Luck, thanks for the prayers.

Yvette, thanks for your suggestion to check the “Fitness Forum!” I did check it but, the last time someone posted something was week ago by a woman asking for advice regarding tinnitus! Nobody answered her! The rest of the posts were 2 weeks ago, a month ago, SIX months ago!! It’s incredible! I totally get why you’re not in the best shape right now but, let’s keep fingers crossed you’ll be feeling a LOT better in the Fall!

Hi I joined a while ago but just starting. Little overwhelmed.

Hello I’ve just joined, read most of the stuff. Gone to menu planner and spent twenty minutes trolling brought it only to find an error and try again later. I AM NOT HAPPY. Already regretting this join.

Hi, vicksam. I have forwarded your issue to Tech Support, and someone will get back to you soon.

Hi, coop1961, and welcome. If you need any tech support, you can reach that department through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. If you have any nutrition-related questions, I am happy to help however I can.
The most important thing is not to jump in head first and try to do everything at once. Ease into things here, perhaps try the 8-week program, and take advantage of the downloadable guides.

I do not see the questions I asked or the answers to them. Are they reviewed before they are posted?

    #41666

Hi, pkbourland. I have seen and responded to your questions, and hopefully you are getting notifications in the email box with which you registered to this program. Check your “junk” mail folder if not.

Hi, thank you. Yes, I am trying this completely different than my usual approaches. Today I grocery shopped from the list and will be prepared to start officially on Monday. I am having a terrible time with all over body pain but I will find some sort of exercise to begin with but I am doing the 8 wk plan so that I do not skip any steps.

    Hi Sandals41,
You sent me a friend request a few days ago. I attempted to respond but it says “pending”. We don’t have any hobbies in common but I don’t really think that matters. We are all working to improve our health and feelings of well-being.
I agree with much that you posted regarding a lack of communication and not much new posting. Also this program is a bit difficult to get set up initially; I am on day six and still don’t have it all worked out. Of course I will eventually. I was hoping for some daily communication from TDC via email with new ideas and suggestions, not the 30 min. long ads that won’t tell you anything unless you hear the entire message. So, room for improvement.

Hi All, Tomorrow is my first day on this new program. I have a few days worth of meals prepped in the fridge already so I am prepared. I very excited and cannot wait to weigh in at the end of the week, but I will stay off the scale al week.

It’s only my second day so not fully prepared yet as still using food in my cupboard. I don’t see jacket/baked potatoes anywhere-can these be incorporated anywhere or have I missed something?
