MemberHi, Masks44. He needs about one-eighth more than you (12.5% more) – more if he’s more physically active, of course.

Memberhello I am new here. Is this a fasting diet? I keep seeing Keto.

MemberHi, londalulu. Keto recipes appear first in the “all recipes” area because they were added most recently. We actually have many, many non-keto recipes – you can search for something specific, if you wish.
Are you interested in intermittent fasting?March 1, 2020 at 6:18 pm #45323Lexi2020
MemberHi. I have just started. When signing up I was asked what I liked and what I didn’t and then got a menu full of stuff I dislike. How can I alter that?

MemberHi, Lexi2020. The menu you get is just a template. To get foods that suit you more, just click on the edit or crossout tool to the right of the item, then select a replacement from the pop-up list.

MemberHello
I am confused, and I am new, when I check my week menus it just give me one option, that’s all I can eat? Or I can add another things that are permittedMarch 8, 2020 at 7:16 am #45353Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Irasemagzz. The items usually cover a couple of food groups. If you would like to add something to it, we recommend very low-carbohydrate vegetables, such as salad greens, cooking greens, cucumber, zucchini, celery, turnip, or kohlrabi. If you like to cook, you can have 1/2 portions of two recipes at a meal.

MemberHi, wondering how to get away from under eating? I just dislike the whole process, it’s expensive, time consuming and I don’t enjoy it. I’m overweight anyhow because when I do eat I tend to eat a lot and of the wrong things 🙁
My average day is under 1000 caloriesMarch 11, 2020 at 4:23 pm #45377Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Bubbazoo. Our menus here are calculated to meet your nutritional needs for health, as well as for meeting your weight loss goal – no risk of undereating here! 1000 calories is indeed far too little for you, and will result in rebound weight gain. I encourage you to generate a menu set here (click on “My Menus” on the homepage, then on the plus button inside), and see how it suits you. I’m here if you need any help.

MemberI am unable to change the “skip breakfast” selection. In other words, I don’t want to skip breakfast. All my menus are coming up with no breakfast. Please help! Thank you.

MemberHi, Nanette77. Absolutely. Frozen vegetables are a good alternative to fresh.
