    I am a little confused on some items on the menu. first do I use the recipe tab to prepare the steak or do i prepare it plain ? when they say sauce does that mean a recipe from the recipes like the plum sauce? what does spread mean? and what is considered block cheese? also artichoke do i prepare it only steamed with lemon juice? This is new to me and I dont want to have more then I should and i want to get it right but the menu is not that descriptive can anyone help? Thank You in advance

    Hi, MyGuys123. Whatever you want with regard to preparing the foods. We especially encourage seasonings such as fresh herbs and spices, as well as the lemon juice you mentioned – they are healthy, and don’t add any significant carbohydrates or fats. Spread is essentially a puree of something, like a hummus. Block cheese refers to hard yellow cheeses.
