timbotMemberI also just joined and was wondering the same thing. And to add on top of that, how do I know what/how to cook the items that are listed on the 21 day meal plan?

SupportKeymasterHi timbot and chantelking,
If you are looking for a pre-planned menu or if you are short on time, I suggest sticking to the 21 Day Meal Plan. If you’d like to select your own foods, please feel free to use our Menu Planner, which is located under Apps.
Best of luck 😉

SupportKeymasterHi timbot,
The 21 Day Meal Plans have common foods placed in specific meals. If you are looking for recipes, we suggest using the Menu Planner application. To access the Menu Planner, please follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your username and password (You can also use your email address as your username. If you lost or forgot your password,
click Login and then choose “lost password.” Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password)
4. Once you are logged in, go to “Apps,” and click on “Menu Planner”
5. To create a personal menu plan, scroll down, and click on “Start Planning Menu” (orange button at the bottom of the page)
6. On the page that appears, from the “My Food Choices” area, you’ll have to add your favorite foods to your menu plan. Switch between the main food categories by clicking on the boxes (Carbs, Proteins, Fats, Sweets, Vegetables, Fruit) above the meal planner. Please note that you will only be able to finalize your choices and click on “SAVE & CREATE MENU” when all meal bars are full and all food group boxes are solid blue.In addition, to learn how to use the Menu Planner, simply click on the following link: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner-tutorial/
