AdefouMemberHI,
is it possible to combine the 6 meals into 3 or 5? Or will this really hurt the success of weightloss
In the morning I find it difficult to find time for a snack. I would prefer to have a bigger breakfastThanks

Ossie11MemberHi ossie-Sharon , I know our menus are 6 eats a day and a 7day plan , can you for instance take a day from different 7day plans and mix them up to create your own 7 day plan or are they planned and set out 7 adays for balance , does that make sence ?

Ossie11MemberHi ossie-sharon
So just to clarify its about portion size very important! And balancing protien carbs and fats every day like the TDC does ! So for instance if I liked Monday menu I could in fact eat that everyday for a week ? I won’t of course that would be silly just an example !?March 4, 2017 at 9:56 pm #37969
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Ossie11. You got it!

theresamesserMemberI very much like for my last snack of the day to be apple, cocoa, peanut butter. I melt the cocoa and peanut together then dip my apple.
Unfortunately (and Fortunately, because I have lost weight) that is no longer being given to me as an option for the last night snack.when you go into edit menu and see the exchange option, it gives you a total of carbs proteins etc for the day.
can I steal some portions from other meals during the day so that at the end of the night I still get my treat the way I want it

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Theresa. Absolutely! That’s a great snack, and there’s no reason to give it up. Worst case scenario – just ignore the menu and cut the portion size down a little.
