MemberI was very sick for almost 7 years. Even mayo couldn’t diagnose me. My friend told me to lose the horrible hubby. I did. When I left him I was 103 pounds-medically anorexic. (5’7 1/2) That was 2010. I have since rebounded fairly well. That goes to show you that stress and abuse can kill you. I now weigh 135 pounds and am NOT in great shape. I have a good base now and have the endurance to exercise. And a great guy who is very healthy. I am so excited to incorporate Trim Down and my gym- TNT (Kettle Bells) to be ready for swim suit season with pride. My goal is to be 120 with good muscle build. If I weigh more I am OK- so long as it looks good on me.

BlockedI think you’ll love kettlebells! (I did and do, but the gyms where I live are filled with steroidheads, which I intensely dislike.)
