fishingMemberIf it don’t ROT! Don’t eat it! If it is PROCESSED don’t eat it! If it is artifical don’t eat it! If it is green eat it. If it eats green eat it. If it says 100% whole eat it! No preservatives!

kenneycrewMemberIs corn on the never to eat list? This would kill me in the summer as I love fresh corn on the cob.

AstadjamMemberThe 5 food to never it or drink are: concentrated orange juice, margarine, whole wheat bread, processed soy, and genetically modified organism (GMO) like corn. Also, stay away from high carb food or drinks, and artificial sweeteners. Good Luck!!!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Kenny. Ditto – so in other words, organic corn is GREAT!!! Just don’t forget that it is a carb 🙂

JustJanetMemberI’m so sad. We don’t have organic foods here, or that SW bread, or a lot of the other foods. I’m trying to do the plan with natural foods. That means no corn for me(I too love corn on the cob, I don’t eat Any bread either, maybe a regular egg now and then. I rarely eat any red meat, no liquor either. Hopefully I’ll still be able to lose weight.

Gems76MemberGlad to hear that a little organic corn can be eaten. I had a serving for dinner which was the first time in months. Yummy!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, JustJanet, if you are a big corn lover, see if you can find “sweet corn” – that is very rarely GMO if at all.

esteslucy2MemberHome grown corn can rot, so can you eat it. What about 100 % whole wheet bread.
