I know that concentrated OJ, margarine and whole wheat bread are on the list, but what are the last two foods…?

    #5258

Processed soy products and artificial sweeteners.

I just learned and recorded them. The last two foods are processed soy and corn (GMO)

If it don’t ROT! Don’t eat it! If it is PROCESSED don’t eat it! If it is artifical don’t eat it! If it is green eat it. If it eats green eat it. If it says 100% whole eat it! No preservatives!

Is corn on the never to eat list? This would kill me in the summer as I love fresh corn on the cob.

The 5 food to never it or drink are: concentrated orange juice, margarine, whole wheat bread, processed soy, and genetically modified organism (GMO) like corn. Also, stay away from high carb food or drinks, and artificial sweeteners. Good Luck!!!

Hi, Kenny. Ditto – so in other words, organic corn is GREAT!!! Just don’t forget that it is a carb 🙂

I’m so sad. We don’t have organic foods here, or that SW bread, or a lot of the other foods. I’m trying to do the plan with natural foods. That means no corn for me(I too love corn on the cob, I don’t eat Any bread either, maybe a regular egg now and then. I rarely eat any red meat, no liquor either. Hopefully I’ll still be able to lose weight.

Glad to hear that a little organic corn can be eaten. I had a serving for dinner which was the first time in months. Yummy!

Hi, JustJanet, if you are a big corn lover, see if you can find “sweet corn” – that is very rarely GMO if at all.

Home grown corn can rot, so can you eat it. What about 100 % whole wheet bread.
