MemberI just finished my first week and lost 5 lbs! My goal is 30 and I am very happy with this start. This is the first time I have tried to lose weight and am not hungry at all during the day. This really works and I am excited about my menu options each week. I even had chocolate Ice Cream:)

MemberHi, Mathom78. When you enter the 8-Week Plan area, you will see a series of blue “Week” buttons at the top of the main picture. You can click on the Week 1 button, and you will be brought to the beginning. If that doesn’t work, please repost, and I will forward your query to tech support.
