MemberI lost weight too fast and now my arms look terrible. Does anyone have any suggestions on a fix OMG they look awful!!! I’m not joking when I say that either!!! They have a ripple affect going on, I’m so upset I didn’t realize they would do that 🙁

MemberArm exercises with weights may help. PBS stations have Sit’n’Be Fit show. They have exercises for arm flab.

MemberHi, DebbiePeet – what you’re describing is common, and there are solutions. Maggie is absolutely correct (thanks!). I’m attaching the following bit of inspiration – Ernestine only started thinking about getting fit at 55 and now l 🙂 🙂 k at her at 75 (we can’t take credit for her, but Customer Service can hook you up with some guides and/or videos, if you wish).

Now, I have slightly limited motion of the right shoulder…and pain. If there a way to exercise the arm flab issue w these limitations.

MemberHi, Chaplain Judi. The attached link is to exercises recommended by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/PDFs/Rehab_Shoulder_5.pdf. Before beginning these though, I would suggest to consult with a healthcare provider familiar with your case.
