    Candice, SWG is sprouted whole grain bread. Not usually found in the regular bread aisle … more often in the frozen section of specialty stores. Some have found it easier to order it in bulk online. It does freeze well. I keep mine in the freezer all the time and just remove it as needed. 🙂 Good luck!
