Hi all, I am new to this and I am rather exited by this new step, basically learnt that a lot of the food I thought was healthy is just wrong for me ..anyhow I am very happy to switch most of them :)..now a quick question, I have a little guilty pleasure of half a glass of red wine each evening when I cook diner ( being french it is hard to beat some hardcore national habits )…should I scrap this altogether or is there a way I can still indulge in this little pleasure, any help appreciated ! Thank you x
Hi, Isabelle, and welcome. Red wine can be an excellent addition, and is absolutely fine here, too. The best way to work it in is to use the personal version of the Menu Planner application, and be sure to select it when going through the food lists. Alcoholic beverages are in the Carbohydrates section, Beverages subsection.
