Home › Forums › Moms on Diet › A Lot of Cooking involved for Lunch
Hi All,
I just joined this week and I am super excited. I have noticed that some of the lunch options require cooking which I am at work at that time. I could make it the night before I suppose, but then there is a lot of cooking for dinner sometimes already and this busy Mama doesnt have time to make more than one meal at a time most days. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Hi, damarisnortiz78, and welcome! I suggest you use the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) to build your menus – you can select minimum-prep items for lunch from the food lists, like sandwich fixings, nuts and seeds, baked beans, fruits and vegetables, etc.
