So I was having trouble finding a way to eat the barley in my plan..so today I decided to try making a shake out of it and it pretty good. I bcooked the barley first then put it into the blender for a while, then added 4 oz of yogurt, some skim milk and 0.6 gr package of stevia. Some of the barley sinks to the bottom, but it reminds me of like a rice pudding, now I have enough for my next serving! Dont hate it til you try it..
