I am new to Trim Down Club and plan on starting my menu plan on Monday. I have been trying to do a calorie restrictive diet which doesn’t seem to be working so I decided to try this. I am wondering if Trim Down Club works for someone with an active lifestyle? I know this program works based on nutritional value, but how does that translate for someone who is very active? I did not see a place to enter values for physical activity and I have to imagine the more active you are the more nutrients your body needs. Am I wrong in assuming this?
Hi, tms1408. The menu patterns assume a certain level of physical activity. In your case, the fact that you have been on restrictive diets may have slowed your metabolism down a little. If you would like, I would be happy to assess your individual case. I just need a summary of your physical activity, and a sample day from your menu here (copy and paste).
