This is my first week in the program and I have a few questions re: weekly meal plan:
– even though my weekly meal plan has variety every day, would the plan still work if I pick one daily menu (e.g., my favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and use it all 7 days?
– is the weekly meal plan built with an optimal balance of food for EACH DAY or is it balanced for EACH WEEK? For example, I noticed that some of the snack options are only dairy – e.g., yogurt, milk, ice cream, so would can i switch it for a snack from another day – e.g., 6 crackers and 1oz string cheese, even though it is not listed as a replacement option?

Hi, Jean. You can repeat meals as often as you like, and switch items between days. The meal plans are mostly balanced each day, definitely each week, depending on your food choices.
