Tagged: Rapeseed oil + Soya spread
Hi everyone – I’ve just joined and am trying to get my head around all this!
I heard that rapeseed oil was as good for you as olive oil but could be heated to higher temperatures for cooking, so I changed to this. And I regularly buy Pure dairy-free Soya spread, made by Kerry Foods, as it states it is free from hydrogenated oils and GM ingredients with 74% less saturated fat than butter. Can I stay with these – or should I change solely to Olive oil and butter?
Hi, Victorian, and welcome. Your choices sound excellent, and that you know what to look for. We might just add to look for organic or non-GMO sources of rapeseed and soy.
