How would an Advocare Spark or a combination of Advocare Spark/Rehydrate fit into this plan?
Hi, Walie. It depends how much of it you drink in a day, and with what you drink it. If you have one or two glasses throughout the day, consider it free. However, if you have a lot, or drink it with other sources of carbohydrates, note that each glass has the same amount of carbs as half a slice of bread, and eventually it will add up. This is especially true because the sweetener is fructose, unimpeded by fiber in the drink, which can ultimately work against your goals here.
