i know someone that would like to try this diet BUT they love beer. starting at 5 pm til ? they drink about a 12 pk. is this a diet they should even try?
Any improvement is an improvement, but because the diet incorporates portion control and eating whole foods, a 12-pack of beer would not fit in. If he/she would be willing to cut back gradually on the beer, then the program would work.
