Hi my name is Dragutin. I just started this program. I like to have a shot of Jack Daniel’s every morning. How is that going with this program?
Hi, Dragutin, and welcome. Note that alcohol can potentially interfere with your efforts here, as it slows down fat-burning (particularly in the high-risk belly area). If you can consider cutting back, that might benefit your outcomes.
Having written that, the program can help minimize the impact in that it encourages consumption of multiple food groups together. As such, I would suggest to take your drink during breakfast (not on its own) in place of some of the starchy carbohydrates in your first and/or second meals.
