    Hello, I am new to Trimdown. My husband has a severe allergy to aspartame, and the like. Does anyone know if the recommended sweetner alternatives (stevia, truvia, xylitol) will trigger an allergic reaction for him? I would like to cook just one meal for dinner. Thanks!

    While it is possible to be allergic to anything, these sweeteners are very dissimilar to aspartame, and so hopefully will not trigger anything.

    I have friends with the same problem and Stevia is ok for them.
