Just getting started. I always have 8 oz Almond chocolate milk with one tablespoon peanut butter as my breakfast and eat one banana.
Hi, Momvb72. That sounds great, and can be substituted for the breakfast in your plan. If you can get the unsweetened version of the chocolate almond milk, that would be best.
