Difference between higher fat and lower fat:
There are two food items that are very similar – almond milk with lower fat and almond milk with higher fat. What is the cut off? How do we tell if we have one on hand and not the other?
Hi, DelightfulLight. The lower fat has about 0-2.5 grams per cup (8 fl oz or 240 ml), while the higher fat has about 3 or more grams per cup.
Thanks Sharon, that helps a bunch.
