    Hi
I would like to know when and what can i replace with the
almond milk and coconut milk (organic).
What group of food do they belong to?
Is it right that if you eat an egg before exercising you can burn more fat ? up to 3 times more ?

Hi, Nicole. When you write “coconut milk” in the current context, I assume you are inquiring about the beverage in a carton, and not the cream substitute in a can. Almond milk is a carbohydrate exchange, while coconut milk is half a carbohydrate + a whole fat exchange – therefore, you can plug them in wherever you have other carbohydrate and/or fat exchanges, i.e. breads and/or oils/nuts. If you use them in place of regular milk, note that neither is a source of protein, so if you substitute more than a glass a day, consider getting an extra protein exchange elsewhere (in this case, you can substitute a protein exchange for a fat or carbohydrate).
