Tagged: Too Much Food
As a new member there will more than likely be a lot of questions that I will have along the way. The first being the quantity of food on my menu plan. You will probably think that it is not enough, however, it is far more than I can eat on a daily basis. What can be cut from the daily rations. Would it be the portion size, snacks, or specific foods?
Hi, Skanawan, and welcome. If there is too much food in your plan, I recommend cutting back on starchy carbohydrates in any meal and on very large portions. Using your Monday as an example, you can have just one egg in the morning, half a cup or no sweet potatoes and lunch, and skip the beans at dinner.
