It appears to be a lot of food for the meals. I can’t eat all my breakfast foods. Snacks even seem like a lot and font have time working to make all this. Hints or ideas would be welcomed. Thank you.

Thanks for posting!
If you feel like there’s too much food in your personal menu plan, it’s because most weight loss diets actually give you less than your body needs, which results in hunger and later rebound weight gain after the initial weight loss.
This program is a way of life based on healthy eating, so it looks very different. Ease into it if you need to, but try not to cut back too much on quantity, or again, any weight loss will be followed by a rebound.
If you don’t like your final menu you can always repeat meals, or substitute meals by clicking on the rotating circles (to the right of each meal on your final menu plan).
