I have recently had a food toxicity testing done and gluten (amoung many other foods) are toxic to my body and I am trying to avoid them in my regular diet. So I am wondering if there is gluten free SWG bread and other products available?
I’m sorry I don’t know what SWG means (I’m new)…but my wife is g-free; hasn’t found a good bread but HAS found good bagels. Don’t know the brand but we buy at our local supermarket (big chain) so I’m sure you wouldn’t need to look too far.
SWG means “sprouted whole grain” – wherein the grain seeds have been allowed to sprout before incorporation into flour and baked goods. The product will be labeled if it is SWG, indicating “sprouted”. You can also buy products online at http://www.foodforlife.com.
Hi again! I checked out the site you attached and can NOT find any “Gluten Free Sprouted Whole Grains” – only see one or the other. Help please, thanks!

Udi’s does not appear to use sprouted grains. The bigger issue is that there are a lot of ingredients in the breads that are less than desirable (like corn syrup). If you can find a “cleaner” bread – even if it is not sprouted – that would be preferable.
