Hi, I have some dried and frozen aronia berries and was wanting to use them. Could you please tell me where and what I can replace them with. I didnt find them any where in the fruits.
Thank you,
Lana
Hi, LanaSue. 1 cup fresh or frozen (100-150 g), or 1/4 cup (20 g) dried, is a fruit serving.
