Isn’t marketing wonderful. All these years I’ve used artificial sweeteners to aid in my weight loss and find they are part of the problem. My question although is about Stevia. Can raw stevia be used? I’m trying to drink my coffee black but the stevia helps.
Hi, beccapor. Stevia is fine – good call 🙂 By the way, so is “erythritol,” which is often combined with Stevia.
Can we use coconut sap sugar? agave?
Hi, Beth. We don’t favor agave (it can be hard on your liver), but coconut sugar is excellent. Just remember that it is still sugar.
